Grey's Anatomy

I will admit I did not watch the season premiere episode, nor did I want to. I used to be hooked on Grey's Anatomy, watching it every night. I would schedule my day around Grey's Anatomy. Now, i'm not that interested at all. I hate the fact they made a spinoff called "Private Practice" what is that crap! I hate Kate Walsh. Anyway, if I were you I would not watch Grey's Anatomy.

Glee

Ok, so here is the low down. The show is about a teacher trying to revitalize the glee club. The show uses a lot of contemporary music. Like, when the show aired last Thursday the teacher sang "Goldigger" by Kanye West! I mean what music conductor breaks out in song, especially THAT song! Many people say that Glee is much like The High School Musical franchise. They don't break out in song about their emotions and all that crap! Anyway, this show is awesome and their rendition of Don't Stop Believin' is great!

Bye Bye Birdie!

Picture this! It's the 1960's and there is a hottie teen idol(Think Nick Jonas!) for girls to gawk at and fawn over. Only this teen idol's name is Conrad Birdie and he's being shipped off to war, but not to fear because Conrad Birdie is here!, well Sweet Apple, OH that is! Conrad's manager Albert comes up with a master plan. Why not put Conrad Birdie on The Ed Sullivan show/ One lucky fan will get to pucker with the blue eyed, velvet voiced idol.

So, who are the stars: John Stamos as Albert Peterson
Gine Gershon as Rosie

The Lion King

The Lion King, a stage adaptation of the original musical. The story of a young lion cub heir, named Simba, who spends his days roaming the african savannah, and idolizing his famous father Mufasa. Unfortunetly Mufasa's evil brother Scar kills Simba's father. In the end Simba meets 2 unlikely animal friends, Timon and Pumba. Is The Lion King suitable for young children? The creepy elephant boneyard and the death scene may scare the little ones, but if they can handle the movie, then they can sure handle the muscial. I know they will love the music.

Phantom of the Opera

The Phantom of the Opera is the longest running musical in broadway history! This story is centered around a maniacle musical genious and a beautiful soprano. This story is set back in the late 1800's. This is set at the Paris Opera House. The story of Christine and the disfgured phantom has come to life. I have never actually seen this on broadway, but I would very much like too. The music is pure genious and aswell as the acting. Trust me when I say "Your children will have those songs stuck in their heads for hours". They may not understand the love story part, but the music will impress them.

Blithe Spirit

This comedy stars Rupert Everett as the oh-so kniving author, Charles Condomine, who hires a quirky medium to perform a seance at his house party in order to find material for an expose he is writing. Unbeknownst to him, he winds up summoning the spirit of his first wife, Elvira, who is out to seek revenge against her husband. This play was really good, although I am a musical person. This play still made me laugh. I mean what better way to see Angela Lansbury in this hilarious play. I have to admit I was a little confused towards the beginning of the play, but by the end I was on the edge of my seat. The ending could have been better. I'm not sure if it's good for kids. There is some foul language and things that kids wouldn't understand. This is more for adults.
