The Lion King

The Lion King, a stage adaptation of the original musical. The story of a young lion cub heir, named Simba, who spends his days roaming the african savannah, and idolizing his famous father Mufasa. Unfortunetly Mufasa's evil brother Scar kills Simba's father. In the end Simba meets 2 unlikely animal friends, Timon and Pumba. Is The Lion King suitable for young children? The creepy elephant boneyard and the death scene may scare the little ones, but if they can handle the movie, then they can sure handle the muscial. I know they will love the music.
